American Inn and Suites - Extended Stay at 21 Main Street, Savannah, Georgia.

The little indian lady that works at the front is the only thing wrong with the place. We paid for a room for 3 for a week. $400. We were there for work. A week passes and the lady bangs on the door like the damn police around 6. I open the door and she begins yelling at me demanding i pay or she’ll call the police and have me arrested. Keep in mind, we dont get off until 5:30. I didn’t go to work that day because i had the flu. I kindly explained to her that the other two would be there shortly ready to pay. She insists that she is calling the police to kick me out, even though we told them we would pay once we were all there. Being an ex officer, i knew she was lying and just trying to intimidate me. I finally close the door on her while she’s ranting and try to wait for my roommates to get there. 5 minutes pass and the man (her husband) walks over and starts asking about the situation. I kindly re-explained that my roommates would be here any second and we’d be happy to pay for another week. He was kind and very understanding. While we talk, she is consistantly calling me names, saying i’m a liar, and that i’ve got like 6 people living in the room. I told him i don’t know what the problem is and she is more than welcome to go in and check for herself. She refrained. I assume she pulls this all the time cause he seemed to have the “not again” face. Never have i been so disrespected at a motel that i’ve paid for. Ever. Being a construction worker, i travel a lot and she is by far the worst employee i’ve ever met.
