Benchmark Properties of Savannah at 2805-A Roger Lacey Avenue, Savannah, Georgia.

I would love to say that these guys are good but I can't... I had two times they screwed me over on two different properties that I wanted to rent and drove all the way from Atlanta area to look at and the first one they rented before I got down there (no phone call so I didn't waste a trip down there ) and then the second one I went down there and talked with a person on the phone about another place,only to find out after I was already down there that they pulled it off the market because of floor rot... Commination is key for a company everyone that works there should know what's going on with their properties.. But these guys didn't and wasted my time and money on two different occasions and I will never suggest or send anyone to them because they don't deserve the headache of an incompetent company that can't do a descent job of running their company and properties...
