This office is fantastic. I purchased renter's insurance for my apartment and then a day later insured a car. They immediately applied all pertinent discounts without me having to specifically request them. They also offered to look into refinancing my new car since I was within my 30-day "shopping around" window. They were able to get me a much better auto loan with the added benefit of State Farm Bank's free GAP Insurance. This my first time purchasing insurance and financing a car. Collin at the office has spent at least 3 hours on the phone with me answering all my questions. Under a week after I got my new car I was rear ended and Brett Barnes' office was on my side the whole way. I can't say enough good things about these guys!
