A total scam artist. We contracted with Paul Delevis Designs to design a home on The Landings in Savannah. After six weeks and way too many promises that the designs were in the mail...nothing. Do not contract with this person because he will NOT deliver anything to you. After firing him he charged us for an initial meeting which produced NOTHING. He should be barred from doing business in the Savannah area, especially on The Landings.
