Zach was great! I had a mini-crisis when my AC unit stopped working the same day as my son's birthday party....he had his technicians over WITHIN AN HOUR (on a Saturday!!). The issue was complicated, and we ended up having to replace the unit, but in the meantime they came up with a temporary solution so that we could still have my son's birthday party. The technicians at Old Coast are thorough and knowledgable. They explained what the issue was and what our options were. I HIGHLY recommend Old Coast for air conditioning.
