Overall great experience. It was my first time visiting Powertrain and I was very pleased. They were professional and courteous and got me in and out quickly.

Took then 6 weeks to order the correct part for an install that took two days. The customer service was terrible. The man at the front desk with tattoos running down his arms (who also should not the the guy answering the telephone by the way since he has absolutely no patience) was rude, uncooperative and standoffish. I could not get anyone to actually help me until I talked to the owner, who made what the guy at the front was making a big deal not one at all. Took me an hour just to pay my bill and get out of there.
