Our experience started badly, as we emailed the day before to modify our reservation and despite acknowledging this change, it was not reflected in their system... so, no segway available to us on arrival... that was a bummer. But they quickly managed to rebook us on the tour one hour later and it became a private tour. Can’t really complain, then... and the tour was great, the guide was knowledgeable and quickly understood we didn’t need training, the segways were in good shape and Savannah is a gorgeous little city to visit. Great experience overall.
