SEPHORA inside JCPenney at 7804 Abercorn Street, Savannah, Georgia.

As a marketing director myself, I can state that without a doubt this store has marketing down to a science. The staff is always friendly, every time - literally every time I go in. I'm one of those people that always goes in to get the free for beauty insider's item with purchase via promo email and/or direct mail. Even if they don't have it out yet they always go to the back and make sure that I get the promo product I came looking for. This is absolutely without a doubt my favorite Sephora store and the staff certainly deserves the recognition for their outstanding customer service and positive attitudes every single time I go in the store. Which equals, yes, more sales for this store. Happy to spend my money where the staff goes above and beyond. Way to go!

Poorly stocked short staffed at times. However ms. Destany and ms. Rachel did accommodate me. Both these women have excellent customer skills. They actually seemed to like their jobs there making it a decent experience by the end.
