They were very very friendly. Gave me one on one attention and made some great recommendation for colors. The room looks brand new, I love it.

WORST Customer Service ! I was given the wrong color paint (didn't have a sample on top of can) We have our paint colors ON FILE because we order so often. Instead of just letting me switch the colors, the employee was more worried about me admitting I was wrong (when I wasn't) instead of fixing the problem. The employee told me to "agree I was wrong". My employer has a contract with SW and we have over 30,000 Square ft of offices between here and Bluffton. Took my business to Home Depot instead.
