Colonial Village at Marsh Cove at 11400 White Bluff Road, Savannah, Georgia.

Currently a resident here and moving as soon as possible. Everything breaks here. I open a cabinet and it falls off the hinge, my husband flushed the toilet and the handle BROKE IN HALF, both sinks downstairs were leaking pretty bad, dryer has broken numerous times, nails coming up out of the carpet, windows are junk so don’t even try opening them, water got shut off 4 times in a matter of months so they could fix something, walls are very thin and we can hear our neighbors conversations, and don’t even try using the exercise equipment in the gym because it’s all junk (was running on the red mill and it came to a complete stop).

Maintenance is very hardworking and they do all they can to help with everything that is falling apart. Rick is great and knows how to fix anything. He is the only person I have found helpful.

We got a paper saying to get all of our stuff out of the porch on March 19th. On March 17th, they came and power washed our porch with all our stuff in it.
