The director and owner seem very nice. My son just had a bad experience with a teacher. I was told she snatched his sleeping bag, the other teacher told him shut up and other things happened that he told me about. It takes alot taking care of multiple little ones. If you don't like your job, you shouldn't be there. I should have went with my intuition when I met his teacher ( she wasn't friendly, which was why I asked if she'd be his teacher). Stated no, but she ended up being his teacher anyway. I recieved 18 out of 20 reports that my son was acting up from the time he got there. You'd think the teacher would find ways to help resolve the issue. Nope, she just went through the motions of writing reports on what he was doing wrong, instead of teaming up with the parent to help correct it. I addressed my concern once. Addressed it again upon putting my notice in....she went to the extreme not sending anything home the last two days he was there ..what he ate that day....etc. That just proved how immature she was being and ounprofessional. Also, don't lie and say my son had diarrhea and pooped all over the floor, the reason for sending him home....he came home with clean socks and shoes, that says alot. It would have gotten all over them, she's not a great lier.. I'm glad I pulled him out, because eventually his self esteem would have probably diminished. My son is at a new daycare, hasn't had any issues, and he's doing so much better. I think there should be some additional training for the teachers there. That probably won't happen, because the boss seems to be more their friend then a boss.
