Overhead Door Company of Savannah at 129 Airport Park Drive, Savannah, Georgia.

One word - Unacceptable. OK, maybe two - unacceptable and pathetic. Hired Josh at the Savannah Overhead Door location to install a 12' overhead door and a couple of steel entrance doors with locks and anti-theft guards at our warehouse.. Job was started on June 14. We are still waiting for it to be completed as of this review (8-1-16). They came out Thursday (7-28-16) to work a few more hours in an attempt to finish. Still haven't completed. Our accountant unknowingly paid the bill already. Called corporate customer care (yeah, right)(Linda) to try to expedite completion. She said she would speak with district manager and call me back. She did speak with him but did not call me back, however after I was very specific about needing her to call me back to let me know how this would get completed. I called her back today, she said she spoke with the district manager. Linda wasn't very informative and really didn't seemed concerned that the job was completed yet, and that she would call the district manager again to see about getting someone out to our location to finish. ????? That should've been done with the first call to the DM. Beware....
