RAC Acceptance in Savannah GA, is not a loan agency, they are loan sharks! Be aware of obtaining financing from them, they do not pull credit and will repeatedly harass you if you are 1 day late making a payment. My sister purchased $3,000 worth of furniture from them and after 1 year has already paid $7,500!!! and still owes over $1500. They will call every person that you listed as a reference, your job, and come to your home with a repo truck if you are 1 DAY LATE...all during your so called grace period. The employees are extremely rude, loud, and unprofessional. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit based on my treatment as a reference, when asked to be removed from their calling list they repeatedly refused and hung up in my face several times when I requested to speak to a Manager. I am sure that they are breaking all sorts of laws based on their outrageous interest rates, fees, and business model. They are clearly taking advantage of a disadvantaged group of people in an already harsh economy.
