Savannah Wind Spinners & Lamps at 502 East River Street, Savannah, Georgia.

My girlfriend and I purchased one of the wind spinners in April 2016. We were visiting from Charlottesville, VA. We loved the shop and the proprietor was very nice. So we purchased a spinner and a spinner tail totaling around $70. We got home and immediately hung up the spinner and tail. It never spun just rocked around. We have plenty of wind on our back deck and even moved it around some. Ironically we got the Yin and Yang spinner. Yin and Yang represents balance and this spinner was anything but balanced. With or without the tail it does not spin. Even spinning by hand has it just rocking back and forth within seconds. It must be a manufacturing defect. I emailed the owner of the shop and he said he would make it right. That was the last I heard from him. He never made it right. Why even reply and say that only to ignore me? He obviously picks the best of these Chinese made junk spinners to show off in his expensive location. If you want one of these save your money and purchase online.
