Dealt mostly with Jenna on the phone who is as sweet as she could be. She was also very prompt in sending the needed documents and to answer any questions. Chris met me and my husband in court and just as I was about to have a nervous breakdown, he explained that Shannon had already talked to the DA and he had decided to dismiss the case.
