T-Mobile at 14045 Abercorn Street Suite 2514, Savannah, Georgia.

Per T-Mobile my phone was shipped in store finally after a 14 day wait. When I arrived they told me I can't have my warranty phone because it was filed on the wrong line. Either way they are both my lines that I pay 214 a month for. Too many representatives in the store in the situation like I'm on channel 4 news over a phone I'm paying 214 a month for. Which was invasion of my privacy. I plan to follow up with corporate of this situation. In the end I took my services to Verizon the same day and with them my two lines for only a little over 100 a month. Please don't use T-Mobile as they coverage suck, high billing and piss poor customer service.
