Travelodge by Wyndham Savannah Gateway at 17009 Abercorn Street, Savannah, Georgia.

The location and prices were great! The check in staff, Jessica, was very rude! We called downstairs to make a complaint of our AC not working and no water pressure. She was very rude and stated "What do you want me to do about it? It's not like I can fix it, the maintenance isn't here. I don't have a room to switch you too." No apology .. We went downstairs the next morning and spoke with the manager, which he was great and very helpful. He came to our room, tried to fix our AC and looked at the water pressure. He offered to switch our room, which we did and we're so pleased!! Later that evening we realized we left our expensive shampoo and conditioner in our old room, so we called down to the front desk and the lady Jessica answered and was rude about the situation and said "well, guess they threw it away, nothing I can do about it." So we said we'll just talk to the manager about it in the morning at check, so she told us no no, I think I may know where it's at, come downstairs." So we ended up grabbing our stuff that was left.
