Walden at Chatham Center Apartment Homes at 100 Walden Lane, Savannah, Georgia.

I've been living here for about a month now, and I would say it's OKAY. When we moved into our apartment there was a lot of damages, and things that had to be fixed (lights being out, drawers not being able to pull out, carpet coming out, toilet was/still is broken) The residents here are very disrespectful and loud, blasting music by the pool until 3 am. on weekdays & weekends, which is very frustrating when you have to wake up early for work. Another really disappointing thing is the trash situation. People leave their garbage bags on the stairs, there is food/trash left on the stairs and on each apartment floor, and when you go by the dumpster it is over flowed with trash bags, furniture, and boxes (it seriously looks like they do not take the trash out of the dumpster EVER, because ever since we moved in the pile around the dumpster gets larger and larger). It smells terrible and looks dirty.. The laundry room is very small, and not taken care of. It is a pretty large neighborhood, but residents have to share 6 washers and 6 dryers. Which is impossible. People take other people’s clothes out of the washer/dryer and leave them on top of the machines. People also get their stuff stolen all the time. The staff is very nice & helpful, I just feel like there is a lot of room for improvement.
